  •  drug combination nicknames (e.g. Banana Bag)




Corrections



  •  write "units"
  •  write "International Units"
  •  write daily
  •  write every other day
  •  do not use
  •  always use a zero before a decimal point
  •  write out "morphine sulfate" or "magnesium sulfate"
  •  spell out: "both ears", "left ear" or "right ear"
  •  spell out number of days to be given (e.g. times 3  days)
  •  use Metric System
  •  spell out intended meaning: "discharge" or "stop"
  •  spell out days the drug is to be administered
  •  spell out microgram or use mcg
  •  list all drugs separately
